Privacy Policy
Last updated 4 November 2026
Quick Party Games (“we”, “us”) runs free party games at https://quickpartygames.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your name, email address and Google account ID, shared with us when you choose “Continue with Google”. We don't request access to your contacts, Drive, Gmail or any other Google data.
- Game data: the nickname you choose, the games you host or join, your tickets and marks, claims, wins and prize descriptions entered by hosts.
- Basic technical data: when you were last active, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept briefly for security and debugging.
- On your device: small preferences in your browser's local storage (sound on or off, whether you've seen a tip, where to return after signing in). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep you in your games, including getting back to your ticket on another phone.
- To show your nickname, ticket and wins to the people in your game, and to keep your game history.
- To send you a one-time welcome email, and occasional emails about new games. Every marketing email has an opt-out.
- To keep the service secure and working.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Who can see what
- Other players in a game see your nickname and your wins. The host can see every ticket in their game, including in game history.
- Anyone with a game's TV link can see that game's public board: what was called, nicknames and winners.
Service providers
We share data only with the providers who run the service for us, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Clerk — sign-in and account management.
- Railway — application hosting and database.
- Cloudflare — domain, network protection and email delivery.
- Google — sign-in, when you choose Google.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our users or the service.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and game history while your account exists. Server logs are kept for a short period. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile and remove your personal details from game records within 30 days.
Your choices
- Change your nickname at any time from the in-game menu.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or by writing to [email protected].
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing [email protected] from the address you sign in with.
- You can also remove our access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Children
Quick Party Games is meant for people 13 and over. Younger players should play with a parent or guardian, using the adult's device and account. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to our systems is limited to what's needed to run the service.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. For significant changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email.
