These terms apply when you use Quick Party Games at https://quickpartygames.com. By signing in or playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Quick Party Games offers free, casual party games, such as Housie, that people play together on their own devices. We may add, change or remove games and features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
Your account
- You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 13. Younger players may play with a parent or guardian, using the adult's account.
- Pick a nickname that isn't offensive, misleading or impersonating someone else.
Prizes and hosting
- Quick Party Games doesn't sell entries, take payments, hold money or provide prizes. Any prize is offered by the host, and the host alone is responsible for it.
- Don't use the service for gambling, wagering or anything that requires a licence where you are. Hosts are responsible for following local laws for their games.
- The app checks claims automatically, but the host approves or rejects them, and the host's decision is final for their game.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- harass people or post hateful, sexual or illegal content in nicknames or prize descriptions;
- try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of the service, or access games you weren't invited to;
- use bots or automation to play or to create games in bulk.
We may remove content, end games, or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Our content
The app, its design, artwork and code belong to Quick Party Games or its licensors. You may use them to play, but not copy or resell them.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that game results will be preserved.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Quick Party Games isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for disputes between players and hosts, including about prizes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US$50.
Ending
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes we'll tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
